Everyday is similar, nothing really interesting to write about.
Yes, sounds strange, but this colourful life of student has become regular.
Still we meet every evening all together (Erasmus students) for a beer, and long talks and singing karaoke.
About lectures - I don't have German language on this week, but from the next week on i will have 3 classes per week. On other lectures, I can confirm that it's same as I expected, DIFFICULT to study... yes, not only cause it is hard subjects, but also, cause lecturers don't speak English perfectly! Some of them have horrible pronunciation, some of them use German words all the time!
About my psychological condition - I am sad and depressed 60% of my time here.
WHY?
I miss Latvia, I miss my family and friends... AND I MISS SOMEBODY TO TALK TO!!!
I don't mean that i have nobody to talk to here... but, nobody whom to open my soul.... Skype, emails.. ya ya, I talk to you, dudes, but it's not the same as we can talk in real life, sharing everything with real emotions!!!
Ok, other 40% of my time here I am unbelievable happy!!!
The place is beautiful, the people are friendly, dormitory is cleaned (comparing to others...).
Sometimes I walk with somebody at evening on the territory of campus and the park near. So, resting under the stars.
Oh ya, stars here are so amazing !!! In Riga you'll never find a place to see so many stars !!!
The problem in this city is a wind. Always blowing like crazy. But I already got used to it.
I lost my faith about Anton's willing to help, so, I'm trying to do everything by myself or with my tutor (Sarah).
Do not be afraid, I have people here to help me with everything!!! :) They prove all the time, that I won't stay alone in case of any trouble. At least Sarah, Christian, Ulrike and Stefan - they are really helpful :)))
Also, a very important fact - my room-mate, Carolina, arrived recently. She is lovely, friendly, fluent in English, and she is really open-minded! As a girl to share room with - she is good. She is neat, quiet and always asks if she wants to do something (like turn the lights on/off, always asks if I need it, or what would be better for both of us). So, it's easy enough with her. :) And.. She is Spanish... So, she acquainted me with other Spanish people. Some of them are nice for walking, and drinking coffee... but, I afraid of being close friends with them... You know, the mentality is totally different!
Tomorrow, finally, I go to uni-office to sign some papers, and then on Thursday I am going to visit Sparkasse bank to take my card.
Soon we (Erasmus) will go to Gustrow, and another day to Hamburg! It will bring me very big costs, but I think I need to join the group and see these interesting places.
How do you think, should I spend some money to see sights in Germany?
Life is one, and ERASMUS time is once, maybe I really should do that...
