I had second part of block "International Financial Markets and Institutions". This day was horrible!

We spent more than 6h of one subjects, listening the lecture, and understanding just a little... Such a difficult subject!!!

After this lecture I was so tired so went to sleep earlier.

10.03.11

Had a very short day, some hours of German class, and then preparations to presentation. So, all day after lecture I was preparing ppt about my country on German language.

OMG...

I was alone from my country, so I did worse than others, who were for more than 2 in groups.

But I did everything by my own, and did it the way I could. Also I put the hymn of Latvia and everybody rose up for it.. was funny to look at all classmates who was standing for my country.

Then we had a party in Lukasz (he's from Poland) room. About 15 persons came, so was hard to breathe there after some hours. They were drinking beer and vodka, but as I'm sick I was drinking juice... Was boring in the beginning, but then I made "karaoke" night, so broke the ice and everybody become more open after. We had nice time, fun with warming the relationships. Probably, after exchange period, some of us will stay nice friends! I hope I will have more friends in the end as well.

Here everybody is willing to be friends, making "parties" - and if you don't come, you are weird.

PLEASE, don't think I am party girl here, or something like that = Here is a student life, and to "party" with everybody - is the way we connect to each other, the way we start to trust and become a team. It is something like an optional obligation - when you have a choice to do that or not, and also you cannot avoid it!!! If you want to be IN, you must visit all those "invitations". So, let me live the way I live, cause I do it right. I know. Don't worry, OK?
